In 2018, after completing the project to increase the capacity of the ammonia plant, PVFCCo became the largest producer and distributor of ammonia in Vietnam, using proprietary technology from Haldor Topsoe A/S (Denmark). With a production capacity of 540,000 tons per year, besides being used as a raw material for Urea/NPK production, PVFCCo’s ammonia output supplied to customers reached 80,000 tons per year, accounting for about 90% of the ammonia market share in the Southern region.
