On October 20, 2023, the Trade Union of Phu My Fertilizer Plant (CSTV) organized the 10th Phu My Fertilizer Plant Skilled Workers Competition – 2023 with the theme “Specialization in NPK Fertilizer Production.”

The skilled workers competition is considered an annual event at Phu My Fertilizer Plant. It is a practical activity aimed at enhancing the development of vocational skills for employees, supplementing knowledge and skills for workers involved in operation and maintenance at the plant in general and the NPK workshop in particular. This initiative is designed to promote innovation and technical improvements throughout the factory while simultaneously enhancing the internal training program, fostering unity, team spirit, and a shared commitment to fulfilling the production plans assigned by the parent company. The “Skilled Workers Competition” is a specialized, decisive activity to boost the innovative labor movement. The competition is also an opportunity to identify outstanding individuals within the organization.

This event serves as a platform for employees to showcase their learning and creative abilities, exchange and learn from each other’s experiences, apply information technology, and enhance their professional and vocational skills.

Through the skilled workers competition, the plant evaluates the status of its workforce, the training activities within the organization, and uses this information to make timely adjustments in its training and resource development efforts.
