In the afternoon of July 10, PVFCCo hold the first conference on Initiatives and Improvement of PVFCCo in 2012 to revaluate the initiatives and improvement activities of the company in the period 2005-2011, and honor typical initiative examples and their contributions by breakthrough solutions to promote PVFCCo’s initiative activities in future.
The Conference was joined by Mr. Ha Duy Dinh – Standing Commissioner and Chairman of Labor Union of petrol industry; Mr. Hoang Phuc Long – Deputy Secretary of Youth Union of the Corporation; Mr. Bui Minh Tien – Party Secretary and Chairman of PVFCCo; Mr. Cao Hoai Duong – Deputy Secretary of Party Committee and President & CEO of PVFCCo; Ms. Tran Thi Phuong Thao – Deputy Secretary of Party Committee and Chairwoman of Labor Union – together with leaders and representatives from the PVFCCo, BOD’s members, Board of management, heads of divisions and departments of PVFCCo and member companies. Especially, the conference was welcomed the participation of 15 individual examples who had outstanding accomplishments and contributions to the initiatives movement at member companies.
The conference delivered final reports of initiatives movement in the period of 2005-2011, speeches of professional boards and images of initiative examples from PVFCCo. The conference had also appraised and interacted with typical initiative examples in the period 2005-2011.
It was acknowledged that the PVFCCo had 415 initiative ideas bringing benefits of about 200 billion VND during 7 years. Especially, the average number of initiative ideas that are increasing annually, spreading out from different areas and including both individual and collective one is a lively evidence for team-work spirit and vitality of a vibrant movement throughout the PVFCCo.
