In the two days of July 16 – 17, 2019, PetroVietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Corporation (PVFCCo) organized the training “Application of technology to improve job performance for the 4.0 labor generation” at Phu My Fertilizer Plant and Head Office (online from Head Office with companies in Southwest region and Central Vietnam) to help employees use Google applications efficiently on computers, phones as well as smart devices to improve job performance.
During the training course, Mr. Nguyen Van Thuc – the lecturer focused on important and essential functions to effectively use Google Tools without going into existing knowledge of students such as Word, Excel, etc. or other basic and common computer skills. Specifically, such as: compose important emails, how to write limited emails without attachments or subjects, undo essential mails and Labs in Gmail, create rules and other useful functions, contacts and important tips, etc.; create mail and invite guests to a professional event, checklist and sync to iOS, Android.
In addition, students were introduced and practiced useful applications, such as: how to save business cards (namecards) in iOS contacts, capture tilt screenshots, turn your phone into a Scanner, and send files via Internet: Wetranfer, Drive, Zalo, etc.
The training really equipped necessary and useful skills for employees in compliance with their positions within the Corporation.
