In the morning of 12 January 2015, in Hanoi, North PetroVietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Joint Stock Company (PVFCCo North) successfully held the Conference to review Party tasks, business activities in 2014 and implementation of the 2015 action plan – Employee Conference in 2015.
Attendees from PetroVietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Corporation (PVFCCo) included Mr. Le Cu Tan – Party Committee Secretary and Chairman of PVFCCo; Ms. Tran Thi Phuong Thao – Deputy Secretary of Party Committee, Chief Supervisor; Mr. Tong Xuan Phong – Member of Standing Party Committee, Chairman of PVFCCo’s Trade Union; Ms. Le Thi Thu Huong – Vice President, representatives of functional divisions, affiliates from PVFCCo and employees from PVFCCo North.
At the Conference, PVFCCo North’s leaders presented various reports on: Party tasks in 2014, business activities in 2014 and implementation of the 2015 action plan; the implementation of regimes and policies relating to employee rights and benefits in 2014 and the plan for 2015 as well as Welfare Fund and Rewarding Fund in 2014 and application plan for 2015.
The Conference also received valuable opinions and answered questions from participants.
Addressing the Conference, Mr. Le Cu Tan congratulated the achievements obtained in 2014 by PVFCCo North, he also hailed the roles and good co-ordination between the leadership and employees of PVFCCo North, which contributed to praise worthy results today.
With the specified challenges looming in 2015, Mr. Le Cu Tan asked PVFCCo North’s personnel, from executive party cell to divisions as well as each employee to be deeply aware of difficulties, challenges of 2015, thus to closely follow special resolutions, plans from PVN, from PVFCCo; working out forecast and policies on personnel and/or business production… in order to best support sales activities to fulfill assigned plans.
On behalf of PVFCCo North, Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong Dung sincerely thanked the support and encouragement of Mr. Le Cu Tan – Party Committee Secretary, Chairman of PVFCCo and said that PVFCCo North would seriously follow opinions, directions from PVFCCo and be resolved to fulfill assigned tasks, contributing to the success of PVFCCo in general and PVFCCo North in particular.
As part of the agenda, the Conference also carried out the voting to elect representatives of employees to participate in the regular dialogue with PVFCCo North’s leaders and commended teams and individuals of PVFCCo North with excellent achievements in 2014 and during 2011-2015.
