On the evening of 31 May 2019 in Quang Ninh, the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union held a commendation ceremony for 34 “Excellent young national workers” in 2019. This is a noble reward of the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union to honor and reward highly skilled young workers with outstanding achievements in labor and creative solutions being applied in production which bring about economic and social efficiency; to promote the youth”s spirit and encourage young workers to actively learn to improve their skills, contributing to high-quality young human resources for contributing to the industrialization, modernization and facilitating international integration; while at the same time raising the awareness of the youth and society about vocational training.
At the 10th “Excellent young national workers” ceremony, 3 young engineers of PetroVietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Corporation (PVFCCo) currently working at Phu My Fertilizer Plant, who are Mr. Nguyen Van Thom (DCS Operating engineer), Mr. Chung Hoang Van (Engineer, Assistant workshop manager) and Mr. Phan Thai Son (Urea Technology engineer) were honored to be awarded this noble award.
