In the afternoon of 09 January 2015, in Binh Dinh, Central PetroVietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Joint Stock Company (PVFCCo Central) successfully held the Meeting to review Party tasks, business activities in 2014 and implement the action plan in 2015 – Employee Conference in 2015.
Attendees of the meeting included leaders of PetroVietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Corporation (PVFCCo), namely Mr. Le Cu Tan – Secretary of Party Committee cum Chairman of BOD; Mr. Le Van Quoc Viet, Member of Standing Committee, Vice President; Mr. Tong Xuan Phong – Member of Standing Committee, Chairman of PVFCCo’s Trade Union; Mr. Duong Tri Hoi – Vice President; Ms. Le Thi Thu Huong – Vice President, representatives of PVFCCo’s divisions, Offices, affiliates and more than 50 employees of PVFCCo Central.
At the meeting, Mr. Tran Manh Hung – Party Cell Secretary, Chairman of PVFCCo Central’s BOD, presented his report on the Party tasks in 2014 and implementation of the action plan 2015; Mr. Cao Trung Kien – Director of PVFCCo Central, reported on business results in 2014, implementation of the business plan in 2015; Mr. Mai Minh Phuong – Chairman of PVFCCo Central’s Trade Union – Vice Director, reported on the implementation of resolutions of 2014 Employee Conference, contribution to the preparation, modification of rules and regulations directly pertaining to employees’ rights and benefits. The report on the response to employees’ proposals was also delivered. In addition, the attendees were also briefed on the application of Welfare Fund and Rewarding Fund in 2014 and application plan in 2015; implementation of collective labor agreements, regimes and policies relating to the rights and benefits of employees in 2014 and the plan in 2015.
With the key duties and plans in 2015 focused on efficient business operations and achieving strategic development objectives of PVFCCo Central with determination and effort, the Meeting saw significant and practical speeches in close to the actual operation of PVFCCo Central delivered by relevant division leaders about: Improving the efficiency of marketing and sales team; enhancing the task of risk management in financial management; improving the effectiveness of the employee assessment task.
Addressing the meeting, Mr. Le Cu Tan – PVFCCo’s Secretary of Party Committee and BOD Chairman praised PVFCCo Central’s achievements in 2014. Simultaneously, he asked PVFCCo Central’s employees to closely monitor the market, ready to deal with any difficulties and challenges in 2015, continuously expand its market share, develop its Phu My Fertilizer brand name, and maintain its brand name position to farmers in the Central – Western Highlands.
On behalf of PVFCCo Central, Mr. Tran Manh Hung thanked and received the opinions, directions and suggestions from Mr. Le Cu Tan; simultaneously, he undertook to strictly follow PVFCCo’s close directions, successfully perform the tasks in 2015 on a basis of teamwork, consensus and efforts.
Also at the meeting, PVFCCo Central honored and rewarded the individuals and teams with excellent performance in 2014.
In 2014, although the national economy was plagued with many difficulties, the agricultural production in the Central and Western Highlands was exposed to adverse weather conditions, PVFCCo Central has excellently fulfilled its targets and was honorably awarded the titles “The best team of 2014”, “The best manager” in Business section.
