We, PetroVietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Corporation (PVFCCo), would like to invite all Manufacturers qualified by HTAS or their legal representatives (entity) or legal subsidiaries to participate the International Competitive Bidding as following information:
- Scope of Supply: Supplying Catalyst Tubes, Hot Collectors, Inlet and Outlet Hairpins and Supervision Service for Primary Reformer (10H2001).
(For further information as specified in the ICB document Number: 48-20/TM&PC/PVFCCo).
- The approved budget for Scope of Supply: 77,671,583,000 VND, in word: Seventy-seven billion, Six hundred and seventy-one million, five hundred and eighty-three thousand Vietnam Dong.
(This approved budget includes (i) the budget for commodity in term of CIF HCM city port (by sea); and (ii) the budget for 16 continuous working days of supervision service without estimation for Covid-19 quarantine).

- Method of Issuing ICB Document: via email on 29th July, 2020 to all Manufacturers qualified by HTAS.
