In order to strengthen risk management, limit loss of goods in import and domestic transportation, on 29 and 30 July 2016, in Quy Nhon, PetroVietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Corporation (PVFCCo) in coordination with PVI Ho Chi Minh held the Conference on “Loss prevention and limitation, risk management in import and domestic transportation of fertilizers” for involved personnel at PVFCCo, plants and regional subsidiaries.
The Conference helped personnel in charge of PVFCCo”s members clearly understand insurance terms and allowed them to discuss excitingly about actual problems arising in work,risk prevention solutions and plans in cooperation with PVI to resolve and ensure compensation in case of loss. In addition, PVFCCo”s subsidiaries discussed about experience on emergency response in order to minimize loss.
In the Conference, PVFCCo and PVI agreed to increase exchange of information arising in the course of work, update processes, provide guidance on handling to ensure strict procedures and prompt compensation. PVI Ho Chi Minh will provide full consultancy on any potential risks possibly leading to loss so that additional terms are promptly supplemented so as to preserve the value of PVFCCo’s goods and properties in case of loss.
