In the morning of July 14, 2012, the Annual Report (AR) Awarding Ceremony organized by HCMC Stock Exchange and Vietnam Investment Review had taken place at Legend Hotel (HCMC). At the ceremony, Ms. Nguyen Thi Hien – Vice Chairwoman of the BOD – representing PVFCCo received the “Top ten best annual report” award and this is the 2nd consecutive years that PVFCCo winning the top ten place of this award. According to the Organizer Board, in order to consolidate the business environment construction on basis of sustainable development, some additional criteria on corporate social & environmental responsibility have also been considered in the poll.
Also at the ceremony, by the occasion of the 5th anniversary of the award, Chairman of the State Securities Commission had awarded the certificate of merit to PVFCCo for their achievement of “Being awarded in the poll of annual report for many years” which acknowledged the efforts in transparency of annual report of listed companies that have repeatedly been voted.
Thus, along with the gold prize won in the international competition organized by LACP and the recent title “Top ten best annual report” received, PVFCCo is one of the few Vietnamese companies reaching top local and international prizes, affirming the transparency of business activities as well as the interests of shareholders and investors.
