New Hanoi newspaper – On the occasion of the new school year, PVFCCo has donated 445 million VND for Nguyen An Ninh High School, Ba Ria-Vung Tau Province for the equipment of 41 computer sets and its local network system.
PVFCCo-SW, a PVFCCo’s member unit, has also gifted 400 uniforms for elementary and preschool pupils at Giang Thanh district, Kien Giang province. So far, PVFCCo has given its support for the building of nearly 16,000 houses for the poors, 50 schools, hospitals and clinics. In addition, PVFCCo has carried out many programs for disaster recovery, monkey bridges deletion, scholarship awards for students and other community activities.
In 2012, PVFCCo has appropriated 57.5 billion VND from the CSR Fund for 16 educational and health constructions over the country. First eight months of this year, there were nine financed constructions to be implemented.
