In the morning of November 11, 2017, PetroVietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Corporation (PVFCCo) and local authorities jointly inaugurated the Cultural House of Duc Vinh Commune, Duc Tho District, Ha Tinh Province. The opening ceremony was attended by Mr. Vo Cong Ham – Secretary of District Party – Chairman of People’s Committee of Duc Tho District; Mr. Phan Tran Nguyen – Vice Director of North PetroVietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Joint Stock Company (PVFCCo North)
The construction of Cultural House of Duc Vinh Commune, Duc Tho District, Ha Tinh Province, worth VND 4 billion in total, of which VND 3 billion was financed by PVFCCo, was started from 10/2016. The building is situated on an area of 600 m2, including a Meeting Hall of 230 seats and fully furnished with modern equipment.
