On August 22, 2017, PetroVietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Corporation cooperated with the People”s Committee of Krong Buk District to organize the handover of Ama Pu Primary School, Cu Pong Commune, Krong Buk District, Dak Lak Province for operation.
As a part of the 2016 Social Responsibility Program of Vietnam Oil and Gas Group, the construction of Ama Pu Primary School in Cu Pong Commune, Krong Buk District was commenced in October 2016 with a total investment of 03 billion dong sponsored by PVFCCo. The building has 02 floors and 06 classrooms on a construction area of 285 m2. Classrooms are equipped with necessary learning facilities and tools for pupils. After urgently constructed, the building was already completed ahead of the start of new school year as a meaningful gift offered by PVFCCo to local teachers and pupils.
On behalf of local people and authorities, Mr. Le Ngoc Ha – Permanent Vice President of Krong Buk District, expressed his sincere thanks to the employees of PVFCCo for sponsoring the construction of a solid and modern building and useful learning and teaching facilities for the school. Local authorities, teachers, and pupils also expressed their gratitude for the timely completion of the school construction ahead of the new school year.
It is known that Krong Buk district is located in the Northeast of Daklak province, where Ede ethnic group accounts for most of population. Local people are also regular customers that use Phu My fertilizer products in coffee growing – main crop of the District.
