The “PVFCCo SE and a green – clean – beautiful office” campaign launched by the Labor Union in coordination with the Youth Union in 2013 has received positive responses from all the office division employees.
This is an overall campaign aiming to create a safe – green – clean – beautiful working environment by raising employees’ awareness of energy, water, stationery, necessities saving, as well as workplace, document, facility, tool arrangement so they are neat, tidy and convenient for work performance and tree growing in work area.
Emulation results of the 1st quarter 2013 as follow:
Collective prize: 10th Floor won “The Best Team” award with reward of 1,000,000 VND.
Individual prizes:
Mr. Hoang Linh – employee of the Administration Department, Deputy Head of the Supervisor Team of the 9th Floor – won “The Best Member of the Supervisor Team” award with reward of 500,000 VND.
Mr. Do Thanh Binh – clerical staff of the company – won “The greenest, cleanest and most beautiful desk” award with reward of 500,000 VND.
Through statistics compared to the same period last year, in the 1st quarter 2013, consumption of power decreased 11.75%, necessities 17.5%, 330ml bottle of mineral water 15.8%, 20l bottle of mineral water 51.4%, A4 paper 33.3% and printer ink 62%. This is a positive start to encourage great efforts and outstanding achievements in response to the “PVFCCo SE and a green – clean – beautiful office” campaign.
