On January 04, 2013, on the occasion of Lunar New Year, PVFCCo SBD through the Study Promotion Association in My Tho city, Tien Giang province granted 50 scholarships (with a total value of 16 million dongs) to excellent students and gifts to poor ones in 2012 in My Tho city. This amout was deducted from the Social Security’s fund.
At the ceremony PVFCCo SBD’s Youth Union branch also gave two full sets of computer to the Study Promotion Association of My Tho city. This is such a significant social security activity for the purpose of encouraging students to make great efforts to achieve higher performance in study.
