On the afternoon of May 14, 2013, at the PVFCCo’s headquarters has taken place a meeting to adopt the operating regulations and plan 2013, as well as to enhance the role and performance of the Urea Committee under the Vietnam Fertilizer Association (VFA).
Attending the meeting were Mr. Nguyen Hac Thuy – Vice Chairman cum General Secretary of the VFA, Mr. Bui Minh Tien – Vice Chairman of the VFA cum Head of the Urea Committee cum Chairman of the PVFCCo’s Board of Directors and members of the Urea Committee.
At the meeting, the committee members have actively spoken out their opinions for the consensus of the draft operating regulations and plan 2013 which will be submitted to the Vietnam Fertilizer Association for approval and discussed measures to enhance the Committee’s role and performance.
The Urea Committee was founded under Decision No.619/QD of the Vietnam Fertilizer Association consisting of members and leaders of domestic urea manufacturers and businesses such as: Phu My urea (PVFCCo), Ca Mau urea (PVCFC), Ha Bac urea, Ninh Binh urea. The Urea Committee is a specialized division directly under the VFA, playing the advisory role for the Association in the fertilizer manufacturing and business sector.
