However, the sources are at risk of shortage, the main reasons as explained by the fertilizer traders are difficulties relating to transportation after the Ministry of Transport issued a directive to place vehicle weighing stations on roads, warehouses and key ports, resulting in skyrocketing freight cost and transport businesses operating half-heartedly and waiting for any further changes.
