Petrotimes – At the meeting, PVTEX’s General Director- Vu Dinh Duy and contractors reported to PVN’s Chairman and the delegation about the current progress of Dinh Vu Polyester Fiber Plant project and business activities of PVTEX.
Reportedly, by 23/03/2012, the design, procurement and construction tasks have been well implemented, ensuring the right schedule. During the process of pre-test run, test run and acceptance test run, the experts and contractors realized that it was necessary to extend the time for technical calibration, resulting in a delay in handover of the plant to the investor as compared with the plan.
