Attendees of the Declaration ceremony included Mr. Hoang Trung Hai – member of the Party Central Committee cum Deputy Prime Minister; Mr. Tran Luu Hai – member of the Party Central Committee cum Standing Deputy Director of the Party’s Central Committee for Organization; Mr. Pham Xuan Duong – member of the Party Central Committee cum Standing Deputy Director of the Central Committee for Economic Affairs; Mr. Tran Anh Tuan – Deputy Minister of Home Affairs; Mr. Cao Quoc Hung – Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade and Mr. Bui Duc Loi – Deputy Secretary of the Communist Party Committee of the Central Enterprise sector, together with other leaders from General Departments, Departments, Party Central Committees, Officeof the Government, Ministries, Departments under Central management, Communist Party Committee of the Central Enterprise sector.
Attendees from PVN included Mr. Nguyen Xuan Son – Secretary of the Party Sub-Committee cum Chairman of PVN’s Member Council; Mr. Do Van Hau – PVN’s Presidentand CEO, together with other leaders from the Standing Party Committee, PVN’s ex-leaders, leaders from PVN’sdepartments and offices, and its member companies in the four areas: Hanoi, Hochiminh City, Vung Tau and Quang Ngai.
On behalf of the Communist Party and the State’s leaders, Deputy Prime Minister Hoang Trung Hai handed Mr. Nguyen Xuan Son the Decision from Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung regarding the appointment of the Chairman of PVN’s Member Council.
Decision No. 1123/QĐ-TTg dated July 8, 2014, signed by the Prime Minister, takes effect from the signing date.
