On 19 November 2014, Decision No. 10599/QĐ-BCT was signed by the Minister of Industry and Trade, Mr. Vu Huy Hoang, to appoint Mr. Nguyen Quoc Khanh (PVN’s Vice President) as the Board of Directors’ member cum President and CEO of PVN. The Decision takes effect from the signing date.
At PVN’s headquarters, on the same day, representativeof the Ministry of Industry and Trade’s leadershanded the Appointment Decision to Mr. Nguyen Quoc Khanh and PVN’s Management.
