On 26 June 2019, the Commission for the Management of State Capital at Enterprises (CMSC) and the Vietnam Oil and Gas Group (PVN) publicized the decision to appoint Mr. Le Manh Hung to hold the position of the Member of the Board of Directors and the President & CEO of the Group.
Attending the ceremony, there were: Mr. Nguyen Hoang Anh, the Party Central Committee member, the Chairman of CMSC; Mr. Le Van Chau, the Deputy Party Committee Secretary of the Centrally-run Businesses’ Sector; Mr. Dang Hoang An, the Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade, together with leaders of the Ministries, central Committees and Sectors.
Regarding PVN, there were Mr. Tran Sy Thanh, the Party Central Committee member, the Chairman of the Board of Directors; Mr. Nguyen Vu Truong Son, Mr. Pham Xuan Canh, the Deputy Party Committee Secretaries, the members of the Board of Directors, together with the members in the Board of Directors and the Board of Management, the leaders in the Specialization Boards/Group Office and the leaders of the member units.
