In the afternoon of March 29, 2018, PVFCCoand PVFCCo Central organized a sightseeing tour to Phu My NPK Plantfor a group of 94 typical dealers and shops in Central Vietnam-Western Highlands.
Welcoming the group at Phu My NPK Plant, Mr. Duong Hong Phi Vu – Vice Director of PMB thanked all customers for their continued trust and support in Phu My NPK in particular and Phu My fertilizers in general.In addition, he also answered their questions and noted their comments on Phu My products for relentless improvement in product quality to better satisfy customers’ requirements.
The group visited production unit of the Plant, the central operating area and were briefed by the engineers on the Plant, its chemical technology and PVFCCo”s quality control process. The customers were very happy and excited to jointhis trip because it helped them have better understanding of the chemical technology of Phu My NPK, advanced and safe production process as well as better confidence in products so that they could impart the knowlege to and persuade farmers to use Phu My NPK.
Within the trip, customers also visited places of scenic beautyand learnedabout human history at famous tourists spots in Tay Ninh, Ho Chi Minh City (Cu Chi Tunnel) and Vung Tau.
Reportedly, apart from putting Phu My NPK Plant into operation, from 2018 onwards PVFCCo and regional member companies would further organize sightseeing trips to Phu My NPK Plant for customers being dealers at all levels, typical farmers, cooperatives, agricultural officals to help them see by themselves the advanced and heavily-invested NPK Plant – the first and only plant applying the chemical technology in Vietnam. Hence, this would help strengthen their trust, improve persuasiveness of the product and tighten the relationship between Phu My Fertilizers and its customers.
