In the evening of May 13, the Central Committee of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union held the 9th Ceremony of “Excellent Young Worker” for 65 workers in 2018 in Hanoi. This is a prestigious title awarded by the Central Committee of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union for appraising and honoring young workers with excellent performance at work and innovative ideas for economic performance and social benefits. The award is intended to promote the youth”s spirit in positively pioneering at work and study, improving skills and qualifications, contributing to the development of high quality youth resources for the industrialization, modernization, and global integration processes, as well as raising the youth’s and social awareness of training and career building.
At the 9th Ceremony of “Excellent Young Worker”, two young engineers of PetroVietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Corporation (PVFCCo), currently working in Phu My Urea Plant, including Hoa Tan Thuan (Measurement & Automation Engineer) and Nguyen Van Dung (Petrochemical Refinery Engineer, Ammonia Unit Manager), were honorably awarded with this prestigious title. These are young engineers and officers who have made great achievements in labor emulation movements, actively contributed to the efficient and safe production performance of Phu My Urea Plant, and excelled with outstanding projects/innovations, such as: “Development of PMIS production management system”; “Optimization of 10B8001 boiler performance”; “Installation of lightning filter for measuring apparatuses of ESD system”; Monitoring the humidity of air inflow in the granulating tower; Development of operating procedures for Phu My Urea Plant based on DCS system; Solution to enhance H2 recovery efficiency of HRU cluster; Solution to reduce end smoke temperature from 156.95oC to 147oC, etc.
