On the occasion of Lunar New Year, the task force of Vietnam National Oil and Gas Group and PVFCCo visited and gave Tet wishes to the leadership and personnel at the PVFCCo’s headquarter (on 07/02/2014) and two member companies including Phu My Fertilizer Plant (on 25/01/2014 and  New Year’s Eve shift on 30/01/2014) and SouthWest Petrovietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Joint Stock Company (PVFCCo SW, on 24/01/2014).

In the morning of 07/02/2014, PVN’s high-ranking delegation led by Mr. Do Van Hau – Deputy Party Secretary, President & CEO of PVN visited and gave Tet wishes at PVFCCo’s headquarter. The meeting took place at the meeting hall on the 12th floor of PVFCCo Tower and was broadcast live to PVFCCo’s member companies nationwide in Hanoi, Quy Nhon, Phu My Fertilizer Plant and Can Tho. Attendees of PVN’s delegation were members of PVN’s Board of Directors, Board of Management, Trade Union, representatives of PVN’s Divisions and Union Organizations. Welcoming the delegation, from PVFCCo, were Mr. Le Cu Tan – Secretary of Party Committee, Board Chairman of PVFCCo and all members of Party Committee, BOD, Board of Management, Supervisory Board, Trade Union, Youth Union, Veterans Association, functional divisions and many employees working at the PVFCCo as well as member companies in all regions. On behalf of PVN’s leaders and employees, Mr. Do Van Hau praised PVFCCo’s leaders and employees for their excellent achievements in 2013. Accordingly, in 2013, PVFCCo was one of PVN’s member companies fulfilling and exceeding the target plans, becoming the largest fertilizer production and distribution system in the country, also expanding its distribution system to regional countries such as Cambodia, Myanmar, improving and stabilizing the living conditions of personnel. This is also the pride and affirmation of PVFCCo’s important role in PVN’s general success. Mr. Do Van Hau wished PVFCCo’s leaders and employees nationwide to maintain efficient and safe operation and achieve new successes.

On behalf of PVFCCo’s leaders and employees, Mr. Le Cu Tan thanked and wished a healthy and successful new year to PVN’s delegation as well as all of its leaders and personnel. He affirmed that the success of PVFCCo was based on PVN’s close cooperation, direction and support beside efforts of PVFCCo’s leaders and personnel. He also reported operation results to PVN’s leaders on the first days of 2014: as at 2/2/2014, PVFCCo has produced 86,214 tons of Phu My fertilizers and 4.1 million package products. During 9 days of Tet holidays, Phu My Fertilizer Plant maintained stable and safe operation without downtime and incidents, producing 21,600 tons of urea; PVFCCo had good performance in secure and safe operation, fire and explosion prevention & fighting, without accidents/incidents (including traffic accidents).

Also in the meeting, Mr. Do Van Hau and Ms. Nghiem Thuy Lan – Vice Chairwoman of Petrovietnam Trade Union presented lucky New Year gifts of PVN and its Trade Union to all PVFCCo’s personnel.

During 24 to 25/1/2014, attendees of the delegation, from PVN leaders, included Mr. Pham Xuan Canh – Deputy Permanent Secretary of Party Committee of PVN, Mr. Phan Dinh Duc – Member of PVN’s BOD, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Thang – Member of PVN’s BOD, Mr. Nguyen Sinh Khang – PVN’s Vice President, Mr. Le Manh Hung – PVN’s Vice President, Mr. Ho Cong Ky – Chairman of PVN’s Trade Union. Welcoming the delegation, representatives of Phu My Fertilizer Plant included Mr. Le Cu Tan –  Chairman of PVFCCo, Mr. Nguyen Hong Vinh – Member of BOD, Mr. Tu Cuong – Vice President and Director of Phu My Fertilizer Plant, Mr. Hoang Viet Dung – Vice President, Mr. Nguyen Van Tong – Vice President, Mr. Tong Xuan Phong – Chairman of PVFCCo’s Trade Union,  at PVFCCo SW, Mr. Duong Tri Hoi – PVFCCo’s Vice President and leaders of PVFCCo’s Divisions, Mr. Pham Quy Hien – PVFCCo SW’s Chairman, Mr. Nguyen Duc Hien – PVFCCo SW’s Director as well as employees of PVFCCo SW.On behalf of PVN’s leaders, Mr. Phan Dinh Duc and Mr. Le Manh Hung expressed their pleasure for visiting a unit maintaining production during Tet holidays. Also, they warmly wished all leaders and employees of PVFCCo in general, Phu My Plant, PVFCCo SW in particular and their families a healthy, happy, lucky new year with lots of joy following efforts and happiness from PVFCCo’s achievements in 2013: excellent fulfillment of tasks, output far exceeding targets, reaching high records in revenue and profit, successfully completing periodical major maintenance and repair phase, winning high appreciation and praise from PVN, market, and people. These did not only reflect PVFCCo’s great efforts, significantly contributing to PVN’s general accomplishment, but also expressed PVFCCo’s tradition and culture. PVN’s leaders also warned: 2014 is a year with many difficulties and challenges for PVN in particular and the whole country in general, thus, PVFCCo and its member companies should keep their consensus with strong determination, maintain safe production, efficient business, profession, industrial manner, high solidarity, build a more mature team with stable development to keep well completing assignments, especially prepare good human resources for the upcoming implementation of new projects in 2014. PVFCCo’s leaders expressed their pleasure for welcoming the high-level delegation of PVN to visit and give Tet wishes to PVFCCo, the Plant and PVFCCo SW on the first days of New Year, especially receiving gifts of encouragement from PVN’s leaders in person. Also, they sincerely thanked and strictly listened to directions of PVN’s leaders. They resolved to well implement, fulfil and exceed targets, tasks assigned by PVN in 2014, maintaining the position of a sustainable development unit of PVN, contributing to the general success of PVN in particular and the country in general.

Especially, at 8 PM on 30/1/2014 (on Lunar New Year’s Eve), the task force led by Mr. Cao Hoai Duong – PVFCCo’s President & CEO, Mr. Duong Tri Hoi – PVFCCo’s Vice President and Heads of Divisions, Directors of trading and supporting sections of member companies visited, gave Tet wishes, encouraged over 150 employees of Phu My Plant on duty on the New Year’s Eve. For Phu My Plant, there were Mr. Tu Cuong – PVFCCo’s Vice President and Director of Phu My Plant, other leaders and employees on duty on New Year’s Eve. On behalf of PVFCCo’s leaders and Sales section, Mr. Cao Hoai Duong – PVFCCo’s President & CEO, Mr. Duong Tri Hoi – PVFCCo’s Vice President praised serious and hard-working spirit of employees on duty on the New Year’s Eve in particular and the personnel of Phu My Plant in general for their close support and coordination with sales section, significantly devoting and contributing to the general success of PVFCCo in 2013. They hoped that in 2014, Phu My Plant in particular and PVFCCo in general will keep fulfilling tasks assigned with trust by PVN, shareholders, and farmers. Also, PVFCCo and the Plant’s leaders gave best Tet wishes to all personnel and their families as well as presented gifts, wished a Happy New Year to employees on duty at the Plant.
