In the afternoon of September 30, 2014, the task force of Vietnam Oil and Gas Group led by Mr. Nguyen Xuan Son – PVN’s Chairman of BOD visited and worked at PVFCCo. The delegation included Mr. Nguyen Xuan Thang – Member of BOD; Mr. Phan Dinh Duc – Member of BOD and leaders of PVN’s departments. The delegation was welcomed by PVFCCo’s leaders with Mr. Le Cu Tan – PVFCCo’s Chairman; Mr. Cao Hoai Duong – PVFCCo’s President & CEO and the members of Party Standing Committee, BOD, Board of Management, leaders of PVFCCo’s Union organizations and professional boards.
At the meeting, the delegation listened to the reports on production and business activities for the first 9 months of 2014 of PVFCCo’s leaders; development of new projects such as NH3 workshop expansion, NPK plant construction; restructuring of PVFCCo and member companies. At the same time, PVFCCo’s leaders also petitioned PVN to consider some issues such as input gas price for urea fertilizer production in 2015; further instructions and strong support to help PVFCCo keep implementing new production projects; directing companies in the petroleum industry to use products and infrastructure of PVFCCo.
Addressing at the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Son acknowledged and highly evaluated achievements of PVFCCo in all fields over the time. Furthermore, he also urged PVFCCo’s leaders to keep accelerating development of new projects, carrying out the restructuring and listing of subsidiaries’ shares on the stock exchange.
