In the afternoon of 17/11/2015, the task force of British Consulate in Vietnam led by Mr. Douglas Barnes – Consul General and Director of UK Trade & Investment in Vietnam (UKTI) visited and had a meeting at the headquarter of PetroVietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Corporation (PVFCCo). PVFCCo leaders welcoming the delegation included Mr. Le Cu Tan – BOD Chairman and representatives of functional divisions.
At the meeting, Mr. Le Cu Tan warmly welcomed the delegation and also provided a brief introduction on the company, its achievements in the recent years, investment projects and hoped that UKTI would be the bridge for cooperation between PVFCCo and British companies.
Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Douglas Barnes said that UKTI was very interested in investment promotion activities and projects of Vietnamese businesses in the UK. He committed to provide best support to PVFCCo in communication, connection between PVFCCo and agencies, partners in the UK.
