Responding to the first online contest on knowledge of safety on the occasion of the “Month of Labour Safety and Hygiene and Fire and Explosion Prevention and Control in 2017” held by the Labour Union of the Corporation, after 02 weeks of implementation,most of labour unions of subsidiaries actively participated in the contest. According to statistics, there are a total of 1208 staff and leaders in the Corporation participating. Although this is the first time that this contest has been held online on the computer, this result reflects a positive participation of the staff, including heads of Divisions/office, as well as drivers and cleaning staff. In terms of team , there are 7 out of 9 teams, with over 50% participating in this contest, most notably of which are 3 units: Labour union of PVFCCo Central, labour union of Petrochemicals Branch, and labour union of PVFCCo North, with 100% of their staffs participating in the contest and achieving very high average marks. With a bank of 420 questions and hundreds of question sets and with short test duration, there are up to 400 participants giving 30 correct answers. Especially, several of the staff even complete the contest in more than 1 minute with over 30 correct answers.
Results of the contest are as follows: First Prize for Team is awarded to the Labour Union of PVFCCo Central, Second Prize is awarded to the Labour Union of Petrochemicals Branch, and Third Prize is awarded to the Labour Union of PVFCCo North; Consolation Prize is awarded to 2 teams: Labour Unions of PVFCCo South East and of Phu My Urea Packaging Company. For individual prizes, the Organizing Committee selected 30 persons at participating units with the best personal achievement to award prizes of 01 million dong each.
