In the joyful and exciting atmosphere of the early days of Lunar New Year in Spring 2019, on the morning of 11 February 2019, at the Headquarter and the online points to Phu My Fertilizer Plant as well as member companies, the Corporation had organized the Spring meeting and New Year Celebrations for all employees of the Corporation. The attendants of the program were Mr. Nguyen Tien Vinh – Party Committee Secretary, the Corporation’s BOD Chairman; Mr. Le Cu Tan – President & CEO of the Corporation and comrades in the Party Committee, Board of Directors, Board of Management, Supervisory Board, corporate political organizations and employees at the Corporation”s offices and member units.

On behalf of the Board of Directors, Mr. Nguyen Tien Vinh sent his wishes for a new year of good health and prosperity to all employees and their families, at the same time conveyed “The message from the Board of Directors of the Corporation to all employees”. This heartfelt message is an overall picture of the achievements that the Corporation had obtained over the past period; the advantages and challenges to the Corporation, giving directions and guidelines in the strategy of development, administration, operation, business production, organization, personnel …, demonstrating the commitment and efforts, united spirit of the Corporation’s Board of Directors, while at the same time, calling upon each unit, each employee to change their minds, their thoughts and their activities, with passion and aspiration to work as a team and unanimously bring the PVFCCo ship to overcome the troubles and steadily move forward. In the program, Mr. Le Cu Tan – the President & CEO; Northern Company – business representative; Phu My Fertilizer Plant and the Chairman of Corporation Trade Union had also given appreciations, sharing, and New Year wishes. Thereby shown that in Tet holiday, the Corporation and its units have been continuously maintaining their production activities and signed the versy first contracts with their customers in the early days of the year; at the same time, the message from the Corporation”s Board of Directors has spread to employees, all of the employees showed their solidarity and determination to fulfill their missions and plans to extend the successes on their development path.
