Implementing the 2017 action plan of the Board of Directors, from May 18 to 24, 2015, a working team of PetroVietnam Fertilizer and Chemical Corporation (PVFCCo) led by Mr. Le Cu Tan – Chairman conducted an examination of market situation in the Central Region – Highland. Among members of the team were the headsof some relevant divisions in PVFCCo, leaders and market staffs of PVFCCo Central.
The team met a number of major agents in the Central region, exchanged information on market situation and business results in 2016 and especially in Q1 of 2017, listened to the agents” opinions and suggestions to seek for solutions to eradicate difficulties and problems in the sales and consumption of Phu My fertilizer products, as well as shared difficulties with and motivated agents to strengthen and develop the cooperation between the Corporation and Agents, aiming at effective sales performance and sustainable growth objectives.
In Lam Dongprovince, the team visited a clean vegetable farm model based on advanced cultivation techniques and exchanged experience and opportunities for potential cooperation in the future.
In the current context that there are many difficulties in the market, the visit by the team will help the corporation better understand current practices of the market and distribution system so that the Corporation will be able to make more appropriate and timely adjustments to its sales policy in 2017 and the following years.
