On the morning of 12 April 2017, the taskforce of Vietnam Chemicals Agency (Ministry of Industry and Trade) and international delegation attending the Conference on the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons visited Phu My Fertilizer Plant. The delegation was welcomed by Mr. Nguyen The Tan – Deputy Director of Phu My Fertilizer Plant.
At the meeting, Mr. Nguyen The Tan reported on the management of chemicals at the Plantand discussed many opinions with the delegation. After that, the delegation visited the central control room and the Plant’s process area.
Throughthe meeting, the international delegates understood that chemicals at the Plant was strictly managed, in compliance with procedures, guidelines and current regulations of the law. The representative of the taskforce sincerely thanked Phu My Fertilizer Plant and PVFCCo for giving them a formal welcome.
