Strengthen measures against Covid-19

Facing the situation when Covid-19 is spreading across the world (over 200 countries and territories) and starting to break out again in Vietnam, PetroVietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Corporation (PVFCCo) performed practical and urgent actions to protect the health of the community in general and its employees in particular.

The Committee for Covid-19 Prevention of the Corporation regularly performs and cites official information regarding the situation of Covid-19 to all employees through internal news, TV screens, advertising board inside the elevator, etc.; thoroughly grasps and regularly prepares medical masks, hand sanitizers, etc.; thoroughly organizes online meetings, limits business trips, especially trips to epidemic areas; make medical declarations, etc. In particular, the prevention of Covid-19 and the scenarios for situations are also set out by the Corporation, the Plant and its member units to be ready to carry out and coordinate closely with functional units of the Group, Industrial Zones and localities where the head office, the Plant, warehouses, etc. are located; pays attention, propagandizes and supports the distribution system and farmers.

Meanwhile, the Corporation and its affiliates purchase and utilize reusable masks from antibacterial fabrics for garbage reduction and environmental protection.
