In the morning of 14 April 2012, in Meo Vac district, Ha Giang province, PVFCCo, in cooperation with Meo Vac district leaders, started the construction of the dormitory for students of the Junior High School at Pa Vi commune. Attendees at the ceremony were Mr. Bui Quang Hung – Member of PVFCCo’s BOD, Mr. Sung Minh Sinh – Member of Provincial Party Committee – Secretary of District Party Committee, Mr. Nguyen Chi Thuong – Deputy Secretary – Chairman of Meo Vac District People’s Committee, Mr. Thao Mi Sinh – Member of Standing Committee – Chairman of Meo Vac District People”s Council, Mr. Tran Kim Ngoc – Vice Chairman of Meo Vac People’s Committee.
The student dormitory for the Junior High School at Pa Vi Commune is sponsored by PVFCCo with total amount of 2.1 billion from PVFCCo’s Social Security Fund. The dormitory was built on the area of 250 m2 including one solid storey with 6 living rooms, 2 dining rooms. When completed, it will well satisfy the accommodation demand for day students of the school. As expected, the work will be inaugurated in early September 2012 and put into use in time for the new school year 2012-2013.
