Representative synthesis conference 2010 was held at boarding hall at 9 am of March 21, 2011. There were attendances of members from Board of Directors, Board of Executives, Board of Supervisors, Chief Accountant, representatives of member companies, relating partners… The synthesized report concerning achievement as well as weaknesses about Representative role in Board of Director, Executives and member companies was presented at the event. Besides, 2011 regulations, orientation guidelines were also discussed to enhance management effectiveness, business performance for Representative roles.
