In the afternoon of September 28, among the competition atmosphere striving for mission completed in 2012 as well as celebrating the 51st traditional anniversary of Oil and gas industry, the 21st anniversary of establishment of the Oil and Gas Trade Union, and the 10th anniversary of establishment of PVFCCo; elite delegates officers and members of Trade Union from Office division has organized the 3rd Trade Union Congress – tenure of 2012-2015 – at the head office of PVFCCo.
Attending the Meeting were Mr. Bui Minh Tien – Party Secretary and Chairman of the BOD of PVFCCo; Mr. Le Van Quoc Viet – Party Secretary and Deputy General Manager of PVFCCo; Ms. Tran Thi Phuong Thao – Deputy Party Secretary and Trade Union Chairwoman of PVFCCo and 86 elite representatives for about 300 employees from Office division.
At the meeting, Executive Committee had presented and passed the summary report of the 2nd Congress (2010-2012) as well as the orientation and missions for the 3rd Congress (2012 – 2015). It has also conducted the selection and election for Trade Union’s Executive Committee of Office division – in tenure of 2012-2015 as well as the delegation to attend the Trade Union Congress of PVFCCo.
Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Bui Minh Tien, Mr. Le Van Quoc Viet and Ms. Tran Thi Phuong Thao highly evaluated the activities of the Trade Union and Trade Union members in the recent years that greatly contributed to the successful implementation of polical tasks and business production performance of PVFCCo. At the same time, it was suggested that the Executive Committee of Trade Union of Office division keeps strengthening the movement initiatives, practice of savings, accelerating study movement to improve professional qualifications; enhancing the role of Trade Unions in order to contribute to the successful culture of PVFCCo.
With a serious spirit of reviewing, evaluating on successul and unsuccessful aspects in the last tenure, withdrawing lessons for new tasks performance in the next tenure and with the leadership and guidance from the high-level Trade Union as well as the supports and facilitates from the authorities, Trade Union of Office Divisions will strive for a united determination to complete the assigned tasks and organize a stronger Trade Union.
