From end of March to April 2014, PVFCCo’s member companies have organized their 2014 Shareholder’s General Meetings one after another. All these General Meetings have been attended by PVFCCo leaders and a great majority of shareholders.
* At Petrovietnam Southern Building and Development JSC (PVFCCo SBD):
On 26thMarch 2014, at its headquarter, Petrovietnam Southern Building and Development JSC (PVFCCo SBD) successfully organized its 2014 Shareholder’s General Meeting.
Attendees included Mr. Le Cu Tan – PVFCCo Chairman, Mr. Nguyen Hong Vinh – Member of BoD, Ms. Tran Thi Phuong Thao – Head of PVFCCo Board of Supervisors, SBD leaders, and the presence of 45 shareholders in person and through proximate representing 99.59% of total voting shares.
At the Meeting, SBD BoD presented the report on BoD activities in 2013; Director’s Report on business activities in 2013 and planed targets for 2014; 2013 Financial Statements; Report on Supervisory Board’s activities; proposal of members appointed to BoD, Supervisory Board for the second tenure (2014-2019)… All of these contents were ratified by the Meeting via voting.
The discussions were very exciting at the Meeting. The shareholders highly evaluated the results achieved in 2013, while on the other hand frankly contributed their opinions to the 2014 business plan and the long-term development strategy of the Company.
The General Meeting also listened to opinions and instructions of Mr. Nguyen Hong Vinh – Member of BoD.
On behalf of PVFCCo SBD, Mr Tong Xuan Phong – Chairman expressed his thanks to the valued attention and support from PVFCCo, the effort of leaders and personnel of the Company and committed that the BoD as well as the executive Board and all personnel will make best effort to fulfill the 2014 plan as well as the strategic tasks which have been adopted by the General Meeting.
