In the morning of October 23, 2012, at PVFCCo”s head office, a working session took place between PVFCCo”s leaders and Sichuan Kaiyuan Group’s representative (SKG). PVFCCo”s leaders included Mr. Cao Hoai Duong, President & CEO, Mr. Nguyen Hong Vinh, Deputy President & CEO, representing the Fertilizer Board; SKG was represented by Mr. Li Feng, Director of Import and Export. At the working session, PVFCCo presented an introduction on the Corporation, especially its capacities of ports, warehouses and distribution network system, at the same time expressing the willingness for long-term cooperation to distribute SKG products in Vietnam. Right after the working session, SKG went on to visit Phu My Fertilizer Plant and the port and warehouse system in South East region.
Sichuan Kaiyuan Group is headquartered in Chengdu – Sichuan – China, established in 2004 with total assets of about 10 billion yuans and total revenues of 50 billion yuans. SKG operates in the field of fertilizers and chemicals production, mining, real estate and financial investment. At present, SKG is the largest private fertilizer trader in China.
