On 29 July 2016, PetroVietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Corporation (PVFCCo) was honorably awarded Top 30 Enterprises with Best Annual Reports2016 held by Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HOSE) and Investment Newspaper. The award ceremony was organized solemnly at Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange with the participation of leaders of Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Planning and Investment, State Security Commission of Vietnam, Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange, representatives of typical listed enterprises and investors.
After 9 years listed on the stock market, PVFCCo was honored at the Best Annual Report Awards for 8 times. Major listed companies winning the Best Annual Report Award 2016, other than PVFCCo, included Bao Viet, Vinamilk, DGH Pharma, Vingroup, PVD, etc.
The Best Annual Report Award 2016 was held in coincidence with the 16th Anniversary of Vietnamese Stock Market. This year, the vote started in January with the participation of nearly 600 listed Enterprises at HSX and HNX. From 267 and 325 annual reports of enterprises listed at HSX and HNX respectively, the Judgment Council selected 136 reports with the highest scores. Then, the Council of the final round continued with 2nd round scoring to select 50 Annual Reports with highest scores for honoring. At the award ceremony, apart from 50 enterprises winning best Annual Reports Award 2016, the Organizer also awarded 5 enterprises with Best Sustainability Development Report and 3 enterprises with Best Corporate Governance Report.
