On 26/7/2014, PetroVietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Corporation was honored to receive the Top 10 of Annual Report Award 2014 co-organized by HoChiMinh Stock Exchange (HOSE) and Vietnam Investment Review. The ceremony was formally held at HoChiMinh Stock Exchange with the participation of leaders of Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Planning and Investment, State Securities Commission, HoChiMinh Stock Exchange, representatives of typical listed enterprises and investors.
Ms. Le Thi Thu Huong, PVFCCo”s Vice President representing PVFCCo’s leaders attended the ceremony and received the Certificate of Merit from the Organizer.
After 7 years of listing shares on the stock market, PVFCCo has won Best Annual Report Award for 6 times, and this is the 4th straight year in which PVFCCo was voted as one of Top 10 listed enterprises with Annual Report. Listed enterprises winning Top 10 of Annual Report Award 2014, other than PVFCCo, included major listed companies such as Vinamilk, DHG Pharma, HSC, PVD, FPT…
The Annual Report Award 2014 competition was held at HOSE’s new headquarters in coincidence with the 14th anniversary of Vietnam stock market. Together with 50 winners of 2014 Annual Report Award, at the ceremony, the Organizer also awarded 5 enterprises with Sustainable Reporting Award and 1 with Best Corporate Governance Report.
This is the 6th year in which the voting has been carried out according to initiatives of HOSE and Vietnam Investment Review since 2008, with Dragon Capital as exclusive sponsor, in cooperation of Hanoi Stock Exchange and professional support of IFC and ACCA organizations together with some independent experts.
