On April 12, 2017 in Can Tho City, South West PetroVietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Joint Stock Company (PVFCCo SW – stock code PSW) successfully held the 2017 General Meeting of Shareholders with the attendance of PetroVietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Corporation (PVFCCo) as the major shareholder, Board of Directors, Supervisory Board, BOD of PSW and its shareholders representing 14,962,580 shares, accounting for 88.02% total shares with voting right.
Participants included, from PVFCCo, Mr. Le Cu Tan – Chairman, Ms. Nguyen Thi Hien – Vice Chairwoman, Mr. Nguyen Van Tong – Vice President, and Heads of divisions and subsidiaries of PVFCCo. From PSW, there were Mr. Pham Quy Hien – Chairman, Mr. Trinh Van Khiem – BOD Member – Director of PSW and Ms. Mai Hong Khanh – Head of Supervisory Board.
