From August 21 through August 25, 2016, PVFCCo SW successfully held the Customer Appreciation Program in Binh Thuan – Ninh Thuan – Khanh Hoa for typical customers with much contribution in sale of Phu My fertilizer products, especially Phu My DAP and Phu My NPK in winter-spring and summer-autumn crops 2016.

The program included diversified activities such as: sightseeing, campfire activities, agent meeting, team building games and Gala dinner. In this program, the team visited many famous attractions along the beautiful Central coasts. The highlight of this program was the contest “Team building – Bonding for Success”, with a participation of 4 teams named: Phu My fertilizer, Phu My NPK, Phu My Kali, Phu My DAP. All of members enthusiastically participated in games and activities for strengthening the bonding such as: Fertilizer Production – Transportation – Distribution, Fertilization, Harvest – For a bumper crop etc. With many contests organized in a new, unique and meaningful way, suitable for plants and characteristics of South West region, the team building game “Bonding for a success” delivered a new and interesting experience for customers. In the final result, Dam Phu My team won the first prize.

The program included Customer Conference 2016 in Phan Thiet city on August 24, 2016. Attendees of the programs included Mr. Pham Quy Hien – BOD Chairman, Mr. Trinh Van Khiem – Director and 15 agents directly under distribution system of PVFCCo SW. Addressing the conference, Mr. Trinh Van Khiem appreciated and recognized the contributions of agents over the years, as well as expressed his expectation that the cooperation between PVFCCo SW and their customers would grow closer and closer for joint development, especially in distributing Phu My NPK product, increasing the competitive ability in the market. The representative of agents also appreciated PVFCCo SW for organizing a useful and successful trip, and committed to bonding relation with PVFCCo SW and Phu My branded products, the agents also expressed their expectation that PVFCCo SW would always maintain high quality, service, improve customer support and distribute more Phu My NPK products.

The Gala night ended in an exciting atmosphere with many activities as honoring typical customers, music performances and prize awarding for the contest “Singing for bumper crop”, singing, game show and lucky draw with many valuable gifts.

The Customer Appreciation Program 2016 – Bonding for Success ended on August 25 , leaving good impression on agents and customers. The program reinforced the cooperation relationship between PVFCCo SW, between PVFCCo employees in charge of market operation and agents, the participants discussed and studied from each other’s knowledge, experience for fertilizer business. The Customer Appreciation Program 2016 received much positive feedback from agents and customers, representative of agents expressed their appreciation to PVFCCo SW Corporation leadership, and committed to partnering PVFCCo SW, Phu My fertilizer in the future.
