From August 22 to 26, 2014,PetroVietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Corporation (PVFCCo) held the Customer Conference combined with a Japan tour for its customers being dealers and stores with good cooperation and outstanding achievements in sales of PVFCCo’s Phu My fertilizers in 2013.
Attendees of the Customer Conference 2014 included Mr. Cao Hoai Duong – PVFCCo’s President & CEO, Mr. Nguyen Hong Vinh – Member of the BOD, representatives of member companies and 62 typical customers throughout the country. Addressing the Conference, Mr. Cao Hoai Duong thanked and recognized the contribution of the dealers, stores during the past year, and wished a closer cooperation between PVFCCo and customers for joint development. The customers expressed their thanks to PVFCCo for organizing a useful and successful trip and committed dedication to PVFCCo, Phu My Fertilizer. They also hoped PVFCCo to maintain the good quality, service behaviour, strengthen the customer support, and launch more NPK Phu My product lines.
The Gala dinner kept everybody in close proximity thanks to exciting game shows, especially the lucky draw with valuable prizes such as the gold-plated Tam Da statue (special prize), the An Binh horse painting (first prize), the Cuu Ngu painting (second prize), 2 Business class round-trip air tickets from HCMC/Hanoi to Phnom Penh/Siem Reap (third prize). Also during the trip, the delegation visited Japan’s famous landscapes and learned more about the history, culture and people of this country, including: the ancient capital of Kyoto, Osaka city and Tokyo capital.
On August 26, 2014, the delegation has safely returned to Vietnam, ending their meaningful 5-day trip to Japan. Reportedly, this is the first time that PVFCCo has organized the Customer Conference combined with a sightseeing tour. This is one of PVFCCo’s gratitude activities to customers, strengthening the good cooperation between the two sides, contributing to PVFCCo’s development.
