In parallel to the program held in Japan, from Aug 21 to 31 2014, Petrovietnam Fertilizer and Chemical Corporation (PVFCCo) also held the Customer Conference combined with a Canada – USA tour for its first-tier dealers who have much contributed to sales of PVFCCo’s Phu My fertilizers in 2013.
Attendees of this program included Ms. Nguyen Thi Hien – PVFCCo’s Vice Chairwoman; Mr. Duong Tri Hoi – Vice President of Sales and Distribution Network; Mr. Nguyen Van Tong – Vice President of Finance, Accounting and Auditing; Ms. Tran Thi Phuong Thao – Head of Board of Supervisors, representatives of member companies, and 55 typical customers throughout the country.
During the trip, the delegation visited famous landscapes and learned more about the history, culture and people of Canada – USA, including: Niagara Falls (Canada), Statue of Liberty, Wall Street, United Nations Headquater, Times Square (New York); Atlantic City; Liberty Bell, Independence Place (Philadelphia); the White House, the Capitol (Washington, D.C.).
The highlight of this trip was the Gala Dinner held on August 27, 2014. In the program, on behalf of PVFCCo’s Board, Ms. Nguyen Thi Hien thanked and recognized the contributions of the dealers during the last year, and wished a closer cooperation relationship between PVFCCo and customers for further joint development. PVFCCo’s leaders also listened and responded to sincere feedback from customers in connection with NPK product diversification and product quality improvement. PVFCCo’s leaders committed best efforts to provide products of highest quality, make deliveries in best suitable way, improve after-sale services quality, and expected to receive a stronger cooperation and partnership from customers. The Gala Dinner night kept the participants in close proximity thanks to many exciting and funny game shows, especially the lucky draw with valuable prizes: 8 Acer Iconia One tablets (consolationprize); 3 Acer Iconia A1 tablets (third prize); 2 Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 tablets (second prize); 2 Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 tablets (first prize and special prize).
