In the morning of December 18, 2015, at Phu My Fertilizer Plant, PetroVietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Corporation (PVFCCo) successfully held the Conference of Summary of Party Tasks, Production and Business Activities in 2015, deployment of duties and Employee Delegate Conference in 2016.
Attendees from Vietnam National Oil and Gas Group (PVN) and Trade Union of Oil and Gas Industry included: Mr. Phan Dinh Duc – Member of the Party Standing Committee, member of PVN’s BOD; Mr. Le Manh Hung – Member of the Party Standing Committee, Vice President of PVN; Mr. Nghiem Thuy Lan – Member of the Party Standing Committee, Chairman of PVN’s Trade Union; and other PVN division representatives; from PVFCCo leaders: Mr. Le Cu Tan – Member of PVN’s Party Executive Committee, Party Committee Secretary, Chairman of PVFCCo’s BOD; Mr. Cao Hoai Duong – Member of PVN’s Party Executive Committee, Permanent Deputy Secretary of Party Committee, President & CEO of PVFCCo; Mr. Tong Xuan Phong – Member of the Party Executive Committee, Chairman of PVFCCo’s Trade Union; and other members in the Party Standing Committee, Board of Directors, Board of Management, Trade Union Executive Committee, Youth Union, other boards and committees, as well as leaders of PVFCCo’s divisions and members and 172 delegates elected from PVFCCo’s member companies.
The Conference attendees listened to and discussed about Report on summary of Party tasks in 2015 and duties, plans for 2016; Reports on results of Production and Business activities and the exercise of employees’ rights in 2015; Reports on organization and implementation of Employee Conferences at various levels; implementation results of Employee Conference 2015; supervision of the implementation of Collective Labor Agreement as well as employee policies; Report on usage of Welfare Fund, Bonus Fund in 2015 and plan for Welfare Fund, Bonus Fund in 2016; current implementation of policies relating to employee rights and benefits in 2015; plans for 2016; speeches to make contribution to and suggestion for successful implementation of duties and targets in 2016. The conference also elected employee representatives for regular dialogue with PVFCCo’s leaders; collective recommendations of employees were also responded.
Speaking at the Conference, Mr. Le Manh Hung, Member of the Party Standing Committee, Vice President of PVN expressed his happiness and appreciation toward PVFCCo employees who have demonstrated great enthusiasm to overcome challenges and difficulties, maintaining stable production and business activities, excellently fulfilling planned targets of the year, actively implementing various projects, ensuring employee income, actively supporting other units in PVN; consequently making great contribution to PVN’s success in 2015. He also praised PVFCCo’s Party Committee for the successful implementation of Party development and organization of Party Congresses at various levels in 2015. For plans and duties in 2016, Mr. Le Manh Hung required PVFCCo to make thorough analysis of both positive and negative impacts on PVFCCo from macroscopic economic – politic changes, new Trade Treaties and commitments, embark on good technology management, ensure project quality, further improve the administration and application of technology in management of materials and support for maintenance; prepare markets for new products; focus on development investment; increase value for shareholders.
At the Conference, excellent teams and individuals earned the honor to receive noble rewards: teams and individuals with excellent accomplishment in 2015 were awarded PVN’s Merit Certificates; PVFCCo North received the comprehensively excellent emulation flag of PVN Trade Union, most brilliant employees and teams of the 3 divisions: Production, Business, Support were also honored.
