From 20 to 22 May 2015, in Thanh Hoa Province, PVFCCo and PVFCCo North successfully held  the customer care program – Phu My Harvest Season Festival in the North Central region. In particular, the customer care program was attended by more than 60 customers in the North Central region; Phu My Harvest Season Festival was jointly organized at Sports Competition Hall of Yen Dinh District, Thanh Hoa Province by PVFCCo in combination with Thanh Hoa Province Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, Department of Industry and Trade and Farmers’ Association of Yen Dinh District, attracting more than 1,000 farmers from 29 local communes.

Attendees of the programs included representatives of local authority leaders, namely Mr. Nguyen Van Hung – Vice Director of Thanh Hoa Department of Industry and Trade; Mr. Luu Vu Lam – Vice Chairman of People’s Committee of Yen Dinh District and representative leaders of Thanh Hoa Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, Yen Dinh District and District Farmers’ Association… Representatives of PVFCCo leaders included Mr. Cao Hoai Duong – President & CEO; Mr. Nguyen Hong Vinh – Member of BOD; Mr. Duong Tri Hoi – Vice President and leaders of PVFCCo’s member companies.

Speaking at the program, Mr. Duong Tri Hoi emphasized that apart from producing and trading high quality fertilizer under Phu My brand, PVFCCo always actively participated in social activities, especially those intended for farmers and “Phu My Harvest Season Festival” was one of them.

The program began with the discussion on agriculture knowledge with the participation of experts from Thanh Hoa Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, Agriculture Division of Yen Dinh District and Farmers’ Association. In the discussion, the experts addressed farmers’ concerns and issues on daily farming, planting and provided guidance on Phu My fertilizer usage.

Following the discussion were the knowledge contests and playground games. The 4 contestant teams consisted of “Phu My Urea”, “Phu My NPK”, “Phu My Potassium” and “Phu My Fertilizer” from Farmers’ Associations of local communes and Phu My fertilizer dealers. The teams competed in the knowledge contests and motion games designed with modern, interesting and meaningful features closely associating with farming life and works of the farmers such as “Knowledge”, “Deliver fertilizer to the rice field”, “Harvest”, “Conquer the market”. Besides, special and impressive performance items of art and magic were inserted in the program. About the contests’ result, “Phu My Urea” team excellently won the first prize worth 12 million VND. The second prize, third prize and consolation prize worth 10.5 million VND, 9 million VND and 7.5 million VND were awarded to “Phu My Potassium”, “Phu My Fertilizer” and “Phu My NPK” teams, respectively.

Throughout the 2 days from 20 to 21 May, also at the Sports Competition Hall, PVFCCo in cooperation with District Agriculture Division and dealers provided consultancy on farming and carried out direct sales to fellow farmers.

In the evening of the same day 21.5.2015, the Gala Dinner program was held for PVFCCo North’s dealers. Addressing the program, PVFCCo’s leaders thanked the closed support of customers over the years and hoped to maintain better cooperation in the coming time. The program included many art performance items with songs, chanties, Vi – Dam folk songs featured with characteristics of the North Central region. In addition, customers of the program participated in the lucky draw with many attractive and valuable prizes such as Ipad, mobile phones, fertilizers to lucky customers.

Phu My Harvest Season Festival will be broadcast in the Good morning Rice ear program (Chao buoi sang Bong lua) on VTV1 in the morning of 23.5.2015.
