On July 27, 2012, PVFCCo has hold the “Customer Conference 2012” in order to review the business operation results in 2011 and in the first half of 2012 as well as create opportunities to meet, exchange and show deep gratitude to local and foreign partners, customers and fellow traders. Attending the Conference are the guests from Ministries, Petrovietnam (PVN) and more than 200 partners and customers from all regions and nations who are the suppliers of input materials and services; especially the consumption units of PVFCCo. On PVFCCo’s side, it was welcomed the attendance of: Mr. Bui Minh Tien – Chairman; Mr. Cao Hoai Duong – President & CEO; Ms. Nguyen Thi Hien – Vice Chairwoman and other members of the BOD, Management Board, Board of Supervisors, leaders and representatives of PVFCCo’s divisions and subsidiaries.
It was reported in the Conference on business activities in 2011 and premilinary situation in the first half of 2012; updating on international and regional fertilizer market by Fertecon’s expert – Mr. Peter Shaddick; further exchanging with economic specialist – Mr. Truong Dinh Tuyen – on “Macroeconomics 2012 – opportunities and challenges for business restructures”; and delivering speeches of customers and partners.
PVFCCo honored 17 typical customers and fellow traders from different regions that had great contributions to the success of PVFCCo. Also by the occasion of the 65th anniversary of the War Invalids and Martyrs Day, leaders and employees of PVFCCo had sent deep gratitude to the war invalids and martyrs and especially offered a small gift to the invalids or martyrs’ children at the conference.
During the conference, leaders from PVFCCo received, answered and provided with further information to customers in order to improve product quality and delivery services as well as to enhance technical services and supporting propaganda activities … to serve the customers and farmers better.
The Customer Conference 2012 of PVFCCo was successfully closed in joyfulness which expected to be re-gained in the Customer Conference of 2013 to celebrate the achievement in 2012.
