As part of the 2013’s customer care program, on March 14, 2013, PVFCCo SE held a “Client meeting in Dong Nai region”. Attending the meeting, from local authorities were representatives of Agriculture and Rural Development Department of Dong Nai province, Agricultural Promotion Station and nearly 120 clients who actually are agents distributing products provided by PVFCCo SE.
In the meeting, PVFCCo SE has listened as well as acknowledged the agents’ comments on the product quality, packaging, sales policy and other sales supports. On behalf of PVFCCo SE, Mr. Duong Tri Hoi – Director of the company has shared difficulties and advantages of the market in recent times as well as in the future with agents so both sides can understand each other, stick together and development market shares for products delivered by PVFCCo SE in 2013.
PVFCCo SE also introduced to clients its products such as: Phu My Urea, Phu My NPK 16-16-8+13S, NPK Phu My 15-15-15, Phu My potassium fertilizer and Phu My SA produced with modern technology ensuring superior quality as announced.
