In an effort to enhance the firefighting, rescue skills for the local Fire Prevention and Firefighting team and the employeesworking at PVFCCo Tower, in the afternoon of August 29, 2014, Petrovietnam Southern Building and Development JSC (PVFCCo-SBD) coordinated with the Fire Prevention and Firefighting Department of District 1 in organize a firefighting drill.
The drill was seriously and urgently carried out, strictly meeting the Firefighting regulations. This drill has helped increasethe awareness, responsibility, and skills of the employees in firefighting; thoroughly understanding and skill fully using available firefighting equipment; smoothly coordinating with the professional and local firefighting teams.
During the past time, in Hochiminh City and throughout the country, many fires have occurred, resulting in serious damages and loss to property and human lives. This periodical firefighting drill held by PVFCCo SBD at such a high building as PVFCCo Tower is very neccessary and timely.
