On13 and 15 January 2015, 2 member companies of PetroVietnam Fertilizer and Chemical Joint Stock Company (PVFCCo), PetroVietnam Southern Building and Development JSC (PVFCCo – SBD) and PVFCCo Packaging held theConferences to review the Party tasks, production and business activities in 2014 and implementation of 2015 action plan – Employee Conference in 2015.

In the morning of 15 January 2015, Petrovietnam Southern Building and Development JSC (PVFCCo – SBD) held the Conference toreviewthe Party tasks, business activities in 2014; implementation of the 2015 action plan and the Employee Conference in 2015.
Attendees ofthe Conference, from Petrovietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Joint Stock Company (PVFCCo), included Mr. Le Cu Tan – Party Committee Secretary and Chairman of PVFCCo; Ms. Tran Thi Phuong Thao – Deputy Secretary of Party Committee, Chief Supervisor; Mr. Le Van Quoc Viet, Member of Standing Committee, Vice President; Mr. Nguyen Hong Vinh – Member of BOD, representatives of Departments, Offices, PVFCCo’s member companies, and 70 staffs representing to 169 employees of PVFCCo – SBD.
At the Conference, Mr. Le Van Son – Deputy Secretary of the Communist Party Committee, Member of BOD and Vice Director – presented his report on Party tasks in 2014 and implementation of 2015 action plan; Mr. Le Van Khoi – Member of BOD, Director – reported onbusiness activities in 2014, implementation of the 2015 business plan; Mr. Nguyen Van Tuong – Member of the Party Committee, Chairman of Trade Union– reported on the implementation of resolutions of 2014 Employee Conference, preparation, modification of rules and regulations directly pertaining to employees’ rights and benefits. The report on the response to employees’ proposals in 2014 was also delivered. In addition, the attendees were also briefed on the application of Welfare Fund and Rewarding Fund in 2014 and application plan in 2015; implementation of collective labor agreements, regimes and policies relating to the rights and benefits of employees in 2014 and the plan in 2015.
With the key duties and plans in 2015 mainly focused on efficient business operations and effort to achieve the Company’s strategic development objectives, leaders of departments, divisions and Trade Union delivered significant speeches closely associated with the Company’s actual operation in topics such as: Investment cooperation in chemical manufacturing projects, Chemical transportation – a specific step to realize the PVFCCo – SBD’s development strategy in 2015 and subsequent years; some solutions for external goods operation of PVFCCo’s terminal and depot system; Trade Union’s roles in corporate restructure.
Addressing the Conference, Mr. Le Cu Tan praised PVFCCo – SBD’s achievement in 2014. Simultaneously, he asked Company”s leaders and employees to strongly deploy the Company”s business activities in 2015 and the main tasks such as: continuously restructuring the Company as required by PVN and PVFCCo; boosting the progress of food-grade CO2 plant investment project; regularly reviewing and improving the quality of services provided by the Company with competitive prices; reviewing and completing internal regulation system, organizational structure; strengthening the solidarity, setting exemplary behavior and teamwork for the development of the Company.
On behalf PVFCCo, Mr. Tong Xuan Phong, Member of Standing Committee, Chairman of BOD expressed his thank and received Mr. Le Cu Tan’s opinions and comments, and also committed effort to successfully perform the tasks in 2015.
Also at the Conference, PVFCCo – SBD honored and rewarded the individuals and teams with excellent performance in 2011-2015.
