Aiming at boosting the promotion of the National Branding Program, from 12 to 17 July 2016, the Ministry of Industry and Trade, in coordination with agencies and local authorities, carried out the“2016 Viet Nam National Branding Week” in Ha Noi, Ho Chi Minh and Da Nang. PetroVietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Corporation (PVFCCo), producer and trader of Phu My fertilizers) proudly partnered the wide range of this program”s activities.
The National Branding Program (Vietnam Value) is the Government”s soleprogram aimed at promoting the national image and national brands through leading brand names of Vietnamese goods and services.This is a long term commercial promotion program intended to build the Vietnamese image pertaining to brands, lifting up Vietnamese brands to international level.Since 2014, PVFCCo with Phu My Urea brand has been chosen as the National Brand in “Agricultural supplies” group by the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
Well aware of its role and responsibilities, annually, PVFCCo actively joins in activities of the National Branding Program, of which the National Branding Week is an outstanding event. In 2016, Viet Nam National Branding Week was held from 13 to 20 July 2016.
Activities of the Week included: Propaganda banners on streets; biking demonstration; Photo exhibition on achievements of the Vietnam National Branding Program and especially the “Forum on National Brands with local products” taken place at the International Convention Center (Hanoi) on 13 July 2016.
The forum was an important activity in the “2016 Viet Nam National Branding Week” program, attracting interest and participation of most regions nationwide, profession associations, enterprises of national brands and many press agencies. Speaking at the Forum, Mr. Do Thang Hai, Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, Standing Vice Chairman of Vietnam National Branding Committee, said that straightforward ideas, discussions and conversations related to products” brand development would contribute to the building and development of regional brands associated with Vietnamese National Brands in the coming time. Also, at the Forum, Mr. Do Thang Hai, representing the Organizer, expressed thanks to PVFCCo”s contribution to the success of the Program.
