In two days of December 15-16, 2012, PVFCCo held the Teambuilding program subjected “PVFCCo – overcome challenges to succeed” at Sealink Resort – Binh Thuan for all employees. Participating in the the program were Colonel – Writer Chu Lai; Mr. Bui Minh Tien – Party Secretary cum Chairman of Board of Directors of PVFCCo; Mr. Cao Hoai Duong – Member of Executive Committee of National Oil and Gas Group cum Deputy Party Secretary and General Director of PVFCCo; and especially the attendants of more than 250 employees from Head office and representatives of member units.
Following the success of Team building program in 2011, the program this year is aimed to review the implementation of corporate culture of each member in PVFCCo family. The entire staffs were divided into “6 teams” to compete and overcome challenges over many funny but meaningful games designed by the Organization Board.
Speaking at the ceremony to close the 1st Phase of Corporate Culture Implementation, leaders of PVFCCo highly evaluated the units in widely promoting the propaganda of Corporate Culture to all employees. Initially, member units and employees had understood and positively implemented the core values and cultural standards. PVFCCo had basically completed the 1st phase of Corporate Culture implementation plan. At the same time, leaders of PVFCCo had also remarked on shortcomings and limits in planning and implementing in order to develop the 2nd phase of implementation as well as promote the collective strength to step into the challenging year 2013.
After two days of heated and excited competitions and speeches about “Corporate culture” and “Entrepreneurs culture”, the Team Building program of 2012 was ended with great success as well as left good impression in the heart of each participant. Corporate culture has been coming into the hearts of every PVFCCo’s member as said by Writer Chu Lai “PVFCCo revealed a great culture from the hearts”.
